Achiya Automation e801aebccc fix(quietshrink): address final review feedback for PR #254 ...

- Remove trailing whitespace from QUIETSHRINK.md lines 20-22
  (was using markdown two-space line breaks; git diff --check flagged them)
- registry.json: set source_url to null and point skill_md at the
  in-repo root mirror skills/cli-anything-quietshrink/SKILL.md, matching
  the convention used by kdenlive and openscreen entries
