open-design-crew[bot] 28dfb91e3a feat(tracking): instrument HTML file version history (#5072 )

Add PostHog tracking for the HTML file version history feature (#4872):

- artifact_toolbar ui_click gains element 'versions' with entry_from
  ('toolbar' | 'more_menu') so both entries are separately queryable
- surface_view area 'file_version_modal' fires once per modal open
- file_version_modal ui_click covers version_item / viewport_toggle /
  prompt_toggle / copy_prompt / open_in_new_tab / restore /
  restore_confirm / restore_cancel with version_source dims
- new file_version_restore_result event reports the restore outcome
  with version_source, version_gap, version_count and duration
