Peter Steinberger f7d7148cf0 docs: rewrite published docs grounded in current source (#100142) 
Source-grounded rewrite of 529 published docs pages with per-unit information-loss verification: 1,713 factual corrections cited to src/**, generated surfaces regenerated, frontmatter titles preserved for i18n, release notes pages untouched. All docs gates green.

TOOLS.md - User Tool Notes (editable)

This file is for your notes about external tools and conventions. It does not define which tools exist; OpenClaw provides built-in tools internally, and skills add the rest.

Examples

imsg

  • Send an iMessage/SMS: describe who/what, confirm before sending.
  • Prefer short messages; avoid sending secrets.

sag

  • Text-to-speech: specify voice, target speaker/room, and whether to stream.

Add whatever else you want the assistant to know about your local toolchain.
