style: remove trailing whitespace from Forge integration

- Strip trailing spaces from blank lines in __init__.py
- Fixes whitespace on lines 20, 86, 90, 93, 139, 143
- Verified other files in forge/ directory have no trailing whitespace
- No functional changes, all tests pass
