docs(bundles): document --integration on 'bundle update' (#3271)
The 'bundle update' command accepts --integration (verified via 'specify bundle update --help' and the command signature), used as the integration override when the project's active integration can't be detected. The Update Bundles options table in reference/bundles.md omitted it, listing only --all and --offline — unlike the install/init tables which already document --integration. Add the missing row. Re-resolves a bundle and **refreshes** its components through each primitive's update path, bringing already-installed components up to the bundle's newly pinned versions while preserving primitive-level overrides (such as preset priority). Provide a bundle id, or use `--all` to update everything installed.
