+### 执行规则
+
+1. **默认行为** - 无参数时，自动获取当前公网IP并发送通知
+2. **指定IP** - 用户提供IP地址时，直接使用该IP
+3. **脚本位置** - `/home/arno/.local/bin/change-ip-notify.sh`
+4. **执行方式** - 调用 bash 脚本并返回结果
+

+

+### 注意事项
+
+- 确保网络连接正常
+- 服务端必须可访问
+- 密钥已硬编码在脚本中，无需额外配置
